This is our second concept for this client. We were severely limited by the size with the first concept so the client expanded his plot. We designed this relax-in-style villa. It is surrounded by serene, lush greenery. The open kitchen invites the entire family to experience the father’s love of cooking.

The high ceiling, open space and east-facing glass wall of the living room create the feeling of living in the country. The upstairs bedrooms open into the terrace and overlook the bright, lush backyard.

 The children’s play area allows them to enjoy without disrupting the adults’ much-needed serenity. Guests are welcomed near the entrance at the front of the house. The kids’ bedrooms lead into the living space to maintain family values and connectivity.

 There is subtle natural light throughout the entire structure. The skylight in the roof creates a feeling of openness to the outside world.

 Eliciting the neighborhood feel is essential to this project. We wanted to respect human relationships and maintain harmony and simplicity.
